According to data released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), preparation metrics for the poll include:
Registered Voters: 1,059,360 citizens
PVCs Collected: 1,028,929 (an exceptionally high collection rate of 97.1%)
Polling Units: 2,445 across 177 registration wards
Opening Time: Polling units will open for voting at 8:30 a.m.
