Iziegbe Ogbeide Donates ₦1 Million to AAC, Urges Nigerians to Support Sowore's Presidential Ambition
A supporter of the African Action Congress (AAC), Iziegbe Ogbeide, has donated ₦1 million to the party and called on Nigerians to join the movement and support the presidential ambition of Omoyele Sowore.
Speaking after making the donation, Ogbeide described AAC as a platform committed to accountability, transparency, and good governance. He urged citizens, particularly young people, to actively participate in the political process by supporting the party's vision for Nigeria.
According to him, meaningful change can only be achieved when Nigerians become directly involved in shaping the country's political future and supporting leaders they believe can deliver genuine reforms.
The donation is being viewed by party supporters as a show of confidence in AAC's ideals and in Sowore's long-standing advocacy for social justice, anti-corruption, and democratic accountability.
Ogbeide further encouraged Nigerians across the country to join the AAC and contribute, in whatever way possible, to strengthening the party ahead of future political contests.
The development has attracted reactions from party members and supporters, many of whom described the donation as a demonstration of grassroots commitment to the AAC movement.
Sowore, a former presidential candidate and activist, remains one of the leading voices within the opposition, advocating political reforms and greater accountability in governance.
The AAC continues to call on Nigerians to participate actively in democratic processes and support efforts aimed at building a more equitable and prosperous nation.
